Isaac Filomeno LERENA Fernandez (b. 1845, San Jose)

A CHILD OF ALEJANDRO LERENA THE ELDER AND MARGARITA FERNANDEZ ALVAREZ THAT NO EARLIER READING FOUND, 26 October 2026, AND THE PLATE CONFIRMS IT. Baptised 27 June 1845 at San Jose by Fray Francisco de Paula Cabrera: 'Isaac Filomeno, que nacio el dia tres de corriente, hijo legitimo de Don Alejandro Llerena, y de Dona Margarita Fernandez Alvarez; padrinos Don Jose Bruno Sarriera [Larriera], y Dona Josefa Morales' - the Larriera and Morales couple who held Natalia in 1834 and Bernabe in 1836. A boy; whether he lived is not known, and he is not named in the petitions of 1853-1858 that this archive holds. With Eugenio (1844), who lived a few days, he is the ninth child of the couple known to have been baptised. THE PLATE, READ 26 October 2026: the margin names him 'Isaac Filomeno Llerena', and the entry in a clear hand reads 'En esta Villa y Parroquia de S. Jose a veinte y siete de Junio de mil ochocientos cuarenta y cinco, yo Fr. Fueron padrinos D.n Jose Bruno Larriera, y D.a Josefa Morales' - the machine transcript was right in every word that matters, and it matters that both parents are given in full.
