SHE CARRIES HER MOTHER'S NAME. THE INDEX WRITES HER 'CASIMIRA LERENA LERENA', which would make her mother a Lerena too; her parents on the same record are Bernabe Lerena and Casimira Pelaez, so the doubled surname is taken as an indexing artefact and not as a second Lerena parent.
