'don Eudoro Francisco Lerena, oriental, de treinta anos, casado, hacendado, domiciliado en Para[na?]' (the place name is split over the line; read Parana, not settled): 'el dia trece de Diciembre ultimo a las diez y siete horas nacio una criatura del sexo femenino que es hija legitima del declarante y de su esposa dona Maria Margarita Bernardi'; 'nieta por linea paterna de Miguel Lerena, oriental, de sesenta y ocho anos, casado, rentista y domiciliado en esta Villa, y de Tomasa Rodriguez, oriental, de cincuenta y seis anos, casada' (the paternal grandparents of the child, so his parents); he signs 'Eudoro F. Lerena'. HE MAY BE THE FRANCISCO SOLANO (b. 24 July 1894, row F. S. LERENA Rodriguez) OF THE SAME PARENTS: thirty in January 1925 fits that birth to the month, and no other child of Miguel and Tomasa born between January 1894 and January 1895 can stand beside a birth in July 1894; but the first name Eudoro is not Francisco Solano's, and the act is the only one that gives it.
