His grandson's birth act of 1897 gives him simply as 'Don SERAPIO FERNANDEZ, Oriental, fallecido' - dead by then, with no age. HE IS THE PETITIONER OF THE 1855 EXPEDIENTE, 9 October 2026, signing 'C. Serapio Fernandez' at Santisima Trinidad in August 1855 to be allowed to marry Dona SOCORRO LERENA, su parienta en SEGUNDO GRADO de consanguinidad en linea transversal - first cousins. HIS PARENTS: Don MANUEL [FERNANDEZ ALVAREZ] and Dona MARIA DE LOS REYES GONZALEZ. HIS GRANDPARENTS: Don JUAN [Ynz?] and Dona BARBARA SOTURA. AND HE HAS A SISTER: SEVERA FERNANDEZ, who married Socorro's brother Alejandro in December 1854. TWO LERENA SIBLINGS MARRIED TWO FERNANDEZ SIBLINGS IN CONSECUTIVE YEARS.
