'Jose Pedro Maciel natural de este Departamento de San Jose', son of Eusebio Maciel and Bonifacia Pelaez, of full age, who asks leave to marry 'Dona Margarita Fernandez'; related to her in the third degree on the transverse line, which the witnesses trace through the Pelaez side.
