HE DIED ON 7 OCTOBER 1957 (died 7 October 1957, the act's date). THE BIRTH YEAR IS NOT READ: the day and month are 4 May, but the year is written '195?' (the last digit is not settled, and a birth in the 1950s is impossible for a man of twenty-one); with the age of twenty-one he was born about 1936, so he is carried as 'about 1936' and the 1950s digits are taken for the clerk's slip. HIS PARENTS ARE IDENTIFIED BY THE COUPLE, NOT BY THE ACT: the act names 'Nicolas Plaza' and 'Maria Luisa Lerena' and does not say Bernarda or Fernandez; Nicolas Plaza (b. 1897) and M. Luisa Bernarda Lerena Fernandez (b. 1903) married at Trinidad on 30 January 1936, three months before a birth on 4 May 1936, and no other couple of the names is held. The act's address, calle Republica Espanola 807, is also the address given for the death of Luisa Lerena Echeverre on 22 July 1957 (no. 44 of the same book); what the house was is not stated.
