Named on his daughters' death entry of 5 August 1869 as 'D. Xavier (hijo)' - the younger - and husband of the late Leonarda LERENA. His father is Don Xavier LAVINA the elder , married to Dona Manuela GOYENECHE , named in the 1861 dispensation of his brother Emilio Lavina y Goyeneche , who was born about 1837 at San Pedro del Durazno. A Xavier Lavina also stands witness at a stranger's marriage at the Cordon on 4 January 1868. His own marriage act has not been found, and it is what would settle whose daughter Leonarda was.
