'Ramona Benita Pedally [Pelaez], que nacio el dia tres del corriente mes y ano de mil ochocientos setenta y seis, hija legitima de Don Juan Fabian Pelaez [and] Dona Eduviges Florencio, orientales. Abuelos paternos Don Juan [and] Dona Antonina Lerena; maternos Don Benjamin Florencio y Dona Dolores Lopez. Fueron padrinos Don Balbino Pelaez y Dona Maria Pelaez', baptised 21 April 1876 by the teniente cura at Trinidad - the first of this couple's children held, two years before Laureana.
