Manuel FERNANDEZ ALVAREZ (m. Maria de los Reyes Gonzalez)

Father of SERAPIO FERNANDEZ and of SEVERA FERNANDEZ, named in both the 1854 and the 1855 Trinidad expedientes - in 1855 simply as 'Don Manuel', in 1854 in full as MANUEL FERNANDEZ ALVAREZ. HIS OWN PARENTS ARE NAMED TOO, IN 1855: Don JUAN and Dona BARBARA SOTURA - the grandparents of Serapio, and his own surname is not legible there. AND HE IS A BROTHER OF MARGARITA FERNANDEZ ALVAREZ - WRITTEN DOWN FROM 9 OCTOBER 2026, NOT INFERRED, which is what makes his children and hers first cousins. THIS ROW SAID FOR HALF A DAY THAT THE SIBSHIP WAS 'required by the degree and not written down in either act'; THAT SENTENCE IS WITHDRAWN AND THE REASON FOLLOWS. THE THIRD ACT CLOSED IT. The 1855 expediente gives his son Serapio's grandparents as 'Don JUAN y Dona BARBARA SOTURA'; the marriage act of 16 September 1825 gives Margarita Fernandez Alvarez as 'hija legitima de JUAN FERNANDEZ ALVAREZ y de BARBARA SOTURA'. SAME PARENTS, SO SAME SIBSHIP, and the second grade of consanguinity dispensed in 1855 between his son and her daughter now has a named path. THE SENTENCE ABOVE THAT CALLED IT 'NOT WRITTEN DOWN IN EITHER ACT' WAS TRUE OF THE TWO ACTS THEN READ AND IS SUPERSEDED BY A THIRD.
