The entry of 9 December 1921 (the Presbitero Don Aureliano Paredes, Teniente Cura); the margin reads 'Lerena / Carlos Heber': 'bautizo solemnemente a Carlos Heber, que nacio el seis de Octubre de mil novecientos veinte, hijo legitimo de Custodio Lerena y de Ema Cardozo, orientales. Abuelos paternos Bernabe y Florinda Cardozo; maternos ELISEO Y MARIA LERENA. Fueron padrinos ENRIQUE LERENA Y SOFIA LERENA'. Violeta Blanca 1915, Risilio Maria 1917, Rosa Blanca 1918, Carlos Heber 1920: four children held for the couple of the 1911 dispensation. A later-hand note records a marriage of 1947 and is not recorded; the same page carries the baptism of Jesus Maria Pelaez, a grandson of Juan Pelaez and Eduviges Florencio (see their row).
