Flores, Birth Records 1887-1902, image 104, act no. 15 (El Tala, 6 June 1892, 10 in the morning, before Geronimo Arroqui, Juez de Paz of the 4a seccion; the margin 'Fernandez Ysabelino'): 'Segundo Fernandez, de treinta y dos anos, casado, oriental, estanciero y vecino de esta seccion' declares that on the 21st of May at three in the afternoon, at the Costa del Arroyo San Jose, a son was born to him and 'Matilde Cespedes, de veintitres anos'; paternal grandparents 'Serapio Fernandez, oriental, finado, y Dona SOCORRO LERENA, de sesenta y cinco anos, oriental' (the act next to it, no. 14 of 9 May 1892, is Medina's and not of the kindred); maternal 'Evaristo Cespedes, finado, y Dona Brigida Caballero, finada'; the name YSABELINO; the witnesses Juan Luis Caubarrere (forty-four, a Frenchman) and Norberto Gonzalez (twenty-three); signed 'Segundo A.
