John Walker BRAILEY

FOUND ON 8 OCTOBER 2026 WHILE LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY ELSE, and he settles three things. (1) The tree's 22 June 1845 is right, because a June birth falls in the June quarter - so the 1900 death index that made him 53 had a careless informant. (2) The birthplace dispute resolves to neither side: the 1851 census says St Pancras and the tree says St Paul's, and the registration district is HOLBORN, where his sister Isabella was born. (3) HIS MIDDLE NAME IS WALKER - this family was putting its Scottish great-grandmothers' surnames into registrations as forenames in 1845, a full generation earlier than this archive had documented. Married an ELIZABETH in 1876; died 1900.
