'Faustino Lerena, que fallecio ayer de tisis, hijo legitimo de Don Gil Lerena y de Dona Anastasia Santa Cruz, de edad de veinte y dos anos, de esta Seccion' - buried with a requiem mass of the second class. A Faustino Lerena stands godfather at Trinidad in 1861, 1863 and 1865 with Anastasia Santa Cruz as a godmother in the same entries; a Gil Lerena and Anastasia Santa Cruz stand godparents in 1859. This family is not tied to Alejandro's: the father Gil is not placed anywhere in the register.
