Eliseo CARDOZO

Married MARIA LERENA; father of Ema Cardozo. Brother of Florinda Cardozo, who married Maria's brother Bernabe Lerena. READ OFF THE PLATE 21 September 2026, where this row had rested on a MACHINE TRANSCRIPT. Film 007713362 image 02473 - and the folio is not prose but 'Esquema explicativo de los grados de parentesco', TWO KINSHIP DIAGRAMS the priest drew himself to prove the impediment. 'Eliseo Cardozo casado con Maria Lerena' - on the plate. His father is named at the apex of the second schema: CUSTODIO CARDOZO. HE MARRIED MARIA LERENA ON 25 APRIL 1889 AT SANTISIMA TRINIDAD - and NOT ALONE: his brother JUAN BASILIO CARDOSO married her sister CASIMIRA the same day. THE DOUBLE WEDDING OF 25 APRIL 1889, found 11 October 2026. On one day at Santisima Trinidad, TWO LERENA SISTERS MARRIED TWO CARDOZO BROTHERS: MARIA LERENA, born about 1867, to ELISEO CARDOSO, and CASIMIRA LERENA, born about 1869, to JUAN BASILIO CARDOSO. Both are daughters of BERNABE LERENA and CASIMIRA PELAEZ. AND THIS IS WHAT THE 1911 DISPENSATION WAS ABOUT. That expediente calls CUSTODIO LERENA and EMA CARDOZO 'double first cousins' and this archive has had the diagrams for weeks without the marriages that produced them. Here they are: a LERENA brother and his LERENA sisters married a CARDOZO sister and her CARDOZO brothers - Bernabe the younger to Florinda Cardozo on 22 March 1888, then Maria and Casimira to Eliseo and Juan Basilio on 25 April 1889. TWO BLOOD PATHS BETWEEN THE NEXT GENERATION, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT 'DOUBLE' MEANS. INDEX ONLY; the acts have not been opened and which Cardozo fathered Ema is not yet shown.
