Flores, Birth Records 1903-1913, image 132, acts no. 31 and 32 (El Tala, 7 September 1909, 9 and 9.30 in the morning, before Geronimo A. Arroqui, Juez de Paz of the Cuarta Seccion and Oficial del Estado Civil): 'Don Doroteo Donato Lerena, de treinta y cuatro anos, casado, oriental, jornalero, vecino de esta seccion' declares two births at Manantiales on 28 August 1909, the first at 10 p.m. and the second at 10.30 p.m., of two sons 'hijo legitimo del declarante y de su esposa Dona Valentina Sena, de veintinueve anos, oriental, casada, labores'; paternal grandparents 'Cipriano Lerena, de cincuenta y cinco anos, oriental, viudo, hacendado, domiciliado en la 2a seccion de este Departamento, y Laureana Beloqui, oriental, fallecida'; maternal 'Gervasio Sena, oriental, fallecido, y Asuncion Segovia, de sesenta anos, oriental, viuda, labores, domiciliada en Trinidad'; each act adds 'que del mismo parto nacio otra criatura, habiendo fallecido dias despues del nacimiento y antes de hacerse la inscripcion' - A THIRD CHILD OF THE BIRTH WAS BORN AND DIED UNNAMED; the witnesses Manuel L. Doroteo Donato is thirty-four in August 1909 (b. 12 December 1875 held: thirty-three), Valentina twenty-nine (twenty-five at the marriage of January 1906).
